Open Box Appliances
Covered by a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty.
This warranty is provided directly by the appliance's original manufacturer.
Refurbished Appliances
Covered by a 60-Day In-Home Repair or Replacement Warranty.
Warranty services are provided by City Appliances and include:
In-home inspection and repair.
Replacement if repair is not feasible.
Brand New Appliances
Covered by a 1-Year Third-Party Warranty through Consumer Priority Service (CPS).
Delivery & Haul-Away Services
Free Local Delivery within a 10-mile radius.
Additional Delivery Charges apply for:
Locations beyond 10 miles
Stair carries or non-elevator deliveries.
Free Haul-Away of your old appliance is included with delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final.
Appliances are sold as-is and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason, even if they are under warranty.
Our warranty covers repairs or replacements as outlined above but does not include returns or money-back guarantees.
